Carla Tesar, LMT is a multi-discipinary bodywork pactitioner specializing is CranioSacral Therapy (CST), with extensive continuing education from the Upledger Institute, the pioneering training organization for CST therapies (www.upledger.com). Through her relationships with other experienced therapists she has developed a broad and varied understanding of the unique healing process that each client presents and can support them wherever they are in their process. 

CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle, light-touch therapy that is appropriate for all ages and almost all medical conditions.
